Alaska Fishing, & Lodging Package Trips


All Package trips listed Include full day fishing for your choice of salmon and/or halibut in both freshwater or saltwater. Boat, Crew, fishing gear & lodging provided.  4 person minimum on package trips

We offer 2 types of charters for you to choose from: Private or Shared.
We highly recommend private, especially on halibut trips!

Shared Charters

Shared charters consist of mixed groups, or individuals on the boat together, the daily fishing schedule is set at time of booking, & offers no flexibility to change fisheries during your trip. 4 person minimum on package trips 

  • 3 days fishing / 4 nights lodging : $1,600.00 per person
  • 4 days fishing / 5 nights lodging : $1,995.00 per person
  • 5 days fishing / 6 nights lodging : $2,400.00 per person

We can customize any package to fit your schedule.

You can add or subtract days, or nights contact us for costs of custom built trips. We can also adjust these shared rates to private boat on salt & shared on river. Fly out Trip can be added on for an additional air taxi fee.

Private Charters

(Private charters are for your group only on the boat, & is a boat rate not per person rate)

You don’t have to worry about the other people getting seasick wanting to go in early, or the other group catching all the fish, or all the big fish. This also give you the flexibility to change your daily fishing schedule as to where & what to fish for as fishing & weather conditions change daily in our different fisheries. (The captain may also base his decision on which hole to fish based on mixed, or private groups)

Saltwater Boat: (Maximum 6 anglers per boat)

  • Halibut: $2,250.00 per day

Freshwater River Boat: (Maximum 4 anglers per boat July, 5 anglers June & August)

  • Kenai River King Salmon: $1,350.00 per day

Lodging rates for private charters

  • $450.00 per night @2 people
  • add $50 per night for each additional person

Day Rates: (Fishing only)

  • Halibut : $395.00 pp (All Season)
  • Kenai River King Salmon: $350.00 pp (All Season)
  • Kenai River King Salmon: $325.00 pp (July) Full days only
  • Kenai River Silver Salmon: $300.00 pp August & September
  • Ling Cod, Halibut, Rockfish Combo: $2,900.00 (Boat Rate only)
  • Fly Out Fishing:  starting at $495.00 per person.

Your catch is filleted each day for no cost. Then dropped off at local processors to be trimed & skinned, vac-packed, frozen and then boxed in insulated boxes for overnight shipping, or to go as extra luggage on return flight. This cost ranges from $1:35- $1.90 per pound depending on processor.

What to Bring

Lunch, snacks, drinks, Camera, Gloves, warm clothing and dress in layers, thick insulated socks, thermal underwear, waterproof footwear, Full set of rain gear, sea sick medication on salt trips, (The prescription patch scopaulamine works best)

Binoculars if on our bear viewing tour.

What's Not Included

Fishing license, King salmon Stamp, processing fees, & fish boxes, Ground transportation, Local sales Tax, Gratutities.

Average gratuities are 15-20% & are split equally with your Captain, & mate. Tips should be given in Cash at the end of each day and not the end of trip.

  • Fishing Licenses: Best to buy before you come online on the Alaska Department of Fish & game website. You can buy, and predate to your trip dates, & print out on your printer. Anglers under 16 don’t need a license but need a harvest card (free) and can also be printed from website.
  • Daily fish limits: Limits vary widely from each fishery
  • King Salmon: 1 per day, 5 per season in cook inlet drainage, but no more than 2 per season from Kenai River.
  • Silver salmon: 2 per day on road side streams, 3 per day on fly out trips, & saltwater, 6 per day in resurrection bay.
  • Sockeye salmon: 3 per day, if run is big will increase to 6 per day
  • Pink Salmon: 6 per day, (pinks only run in even number years)
  • Halibut: 2 per day, 1 of any size, & 1, 32 inches or less

Fishing for halibut in 2018, is not allowed on Wednesdays all season & 6 Tuesdays July 10-August 14.

King Salmon on the Kenai River is not allowed from a boat on Sundays & Mondays in May, June & July. Mondays in August & September except labor day, are also closed to Guide boats for silver salmon.
