May 2005
The Green party from Virgina
on a Saltwater combo
King salmon & halibut trip. Also a nice daily limit
of 4 Kenai River Kings
An Anchorage family, filling their freezer on
a May halibut trip.
The 140 pound flattie was our second biggest of the 2005
fishing season.
Alex with the Jim Halpin Group of 5 from South
Dakota
Lands our biggest halibut of the season in Late May
weighing in at 216lbs
Their 5 day total weight was over 1,700lbs
June 2005
Ron Hauf party of 4, for 4 days fishing in June
with limits of halibut
& Kenai River Kings, Total poundage 1,260lb’s
Brian Jacobson party from South Dakota with
3 days of excellent Kenai River King Salmon fishing in
June
Roger Oltmans South Dakota party of 5 with an
incredible 19 King salmon in 3 days,including a 75lb & 2
over 60 pounds
being released on Kenai River in June. Plus 2 days of
barn door halibut
fishing. total catch of 1,674lbs. June 05

Who has fished with us for over 10 years liked Alaska so
much
he sold the ranch & moved his family to Soldotna.
The kids put the hurt to some halibut twice their size
on this day trip in June off Anchor Point!
The kids also have some luck fishing for Kenai
River king salmon in June!

his annual fishing trips to Alaska, unfortunately passed
away in
a Kayak accident about 6 weeks after this fishing trip.

& always seem to limit out on salmon & halibut.

Salmon fishing.
Their best day they landed a total 9 monster Kenai
kings.

& several more on their second day of July Kenai River
fishing.
